“I guess you could call me a statistic. Fortunately, my story has a happy ending.
Anyone growing up in the sixties knows how abuse ran rampant and was heavily cloaked. An alcoholic family and a plethora of predators isn’t a healthy environment for a child.
I was the kid who was teased. Nowadays they call it bullying. It wasn’t just because I was fat. It was because they saw my weakness and took advantage of me to hide behind their own pain.
Fortunately, I found the right flow to get healthy. I became vegetarian at age 16 and my life began to shift.
"In my twenties, I worked on my health and spiritual awareness. I was employed at a local organic food store. It was then that I began to study herbs and plants.

My study never ends. Thirty-five years and it doesn’t get old. My work is my passion. Everyone has something to heal. I am blessed because of my journey.”
