Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Federal Hill Main Street (Hybrid)

Salary: $48,000-$55,000

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and self-driven Project Manager to oversee office management, day-to-day operations, and various initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with businesses, helping solve their needs, and manage marketing and social media efforts. This is a flexible and hybrid role, requiring occasional nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Oversee administrative functions, ensuring smooth office operations.
  • Business Liaison: Interface with local businesses, assisting with their needs and ensuring their success within the community.
  • Marketing & Social Media: Manage the organization’s social media platforms, create engaging content, and develop marketing strategies.
  • Project Management: Lead and execute various projects to our mission, from concept to completion.
  • Volunteer Support: Work with volunteers on community initiatives.
  • Event Support: Assist with planning and executing community events.
  • Other Duties as Assigned: Flexibility to take on additional tasks as needed.
